Another winter vacation over... Back to school again...

Over the past two weeks of winter vacation, I have been through a lot of things that I'm going to miss. There had been days were I was bored out of my mind, and there were some days that went by very quickly. No matter what the day was, it beats going back to school...

The first week of vacation was the best out of the two. My family and I went on vacation to Puerto Vallarta for 7 days (Saturday to Saturday), and while we were there it was about 85 degrees every day. The first two days in Puerto Vallarta were spent sitting by the beach or pool and just relaxing. On the second day, we went on a boat tour to three different places. The first place we went to (snorkeling) was actually pretty boring because I don't really like snorkeling. The second place we went to was a place where you went on a horse to a waterfall. Being the first time I've ever been on a horse, I was pretty freaked out, so instead of taking the horse back the way we came, my mom and I walked back. The last 3 days there we basically went to town at night and shopped at the local markets. On the last day, we had to wake up at 5:00 AM to catch the plane. Overall, it was a pretty fun vacation.

When we got back home, it was around 4:15 PM, and since it was the night before Christmas, my brother and I were allowed to open up one present. We each opened up each others gift, which was Animal Crossing: Wild World for me, and some cloths for my brother. After we opened up the gifts, we watched a movie, and then relaxed some more, then we went to bed. The next day we finished opening up the rest of the presents, and then later that night we went to our cousins house. Our cousins house was fun for a while, but after an hour of sitting in their house, my brother and I decided to leave and head home.

The rest of the week was basically just relaxing. I went out with a few friends to the mall and the local arcade, but other then that I just sat around the house and worked on a few sites. The last 8 days of vacation went by quicker then the first half, and I was actually pretty glad to have some time to relax before school started up again.

However, on New Years my family and I went over to my friends house to celebrate it. Our parents talked to each other while we played some Dance Dance Revolution in their basement. We stayed over at their house until 12:45, then after that, we came home and went to sleep. It was a pretty fun night that sure wore me out.
